I am Cecily, but am known by my surname; Lomax. I am a tattooer and painter living in Sydney Australia. I have been painting my whole life, from the remote red earth of my childhood home ~ through my mind expanding completion of a Bachelor of Fine Arts art at UNSW ~ and beyond the heart-breaking/soul-fulfilling era of my tattoo education. Until now, where I continue to paint, sketch, airbrush, sculpt, design, render, build, and most of all TATTOO.

A uniquely special feature of my job is the communion of people who are conceptually and aesthetically inspired by the same spark as me. I hope you can see and share my love for the natural flow of the universe, how I choose to represent my exploration of it through oddly multifarious themes. From carnal imagery of dominance and submission, to retro, camp, and kitsch science fiction. From comparing similarities of micro/macro abstraction, to the flow of precolonial skin mark making design.
